Sealed vial
The material is a lyophilized powder for the laboratory. If the seal is intact and the vial has not been opened, write to apoio@codepept.com to arrange the return.
Include the order reference when payment exists.
Hygiene
An opened vial does not return to stock. Laboratory-material hygiene does not allow us to sell it again.
This point is operational. It still has to be checked against the law before it can stand as policy.
Mandatory rights in Portugal
For distance contracts, Portuguese law recognises rights a seller cannot set aside with website text.
How the seal and hygiene sit with those rights, including the withdrawal period, has to be written by a lawyer. This draft does not reduce those rights and does not fix a period as if it were already validated.
Refunds
Stripe payment is paused. While there is no charge, there is no amount to return.
When checkout returns, the refund path will be what accounting and a lawyer close. We do not anticipate it here.
